Received the Singapore Public Service Commission scholarship to study engineering at RWTH Aachen (Germany), Imperial College of London and the Michigan State University. He worked 15 years in the high tech manufacturing business before transiting to the insurance sector more than 12 years ago to build global insurance programs, manage highly complex corporate claims and run several insurance broking firms as the COO. He was responsible for:
